We produce high quality products that are not available anywhere else in the world because we custom make all our own products.  We want our customers to be happy with our collars.  If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us at:  to resolve the issue.

Ordering Information
Currently, we accept online orders only to addresses in the United States.  To order online, please use our convenient shopping cart.  All you have to do is select the items you want to purchase and click on "Add to Cart".  You will then be directed to our check out page.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via a secure payment processing company.  We also offer Google Checkout and PayPal for your convenience.


We ship via U.S. Postal Service.  Our shopping cart will calculate the real time shipping cost to you based on the weight of your order and the service you choose: First Class Mail for orders under 13 ounces, Priority Mail or Express Mail for domestic orders or International First Class, Priority and Express Mail for our friends outside of the United States.  We strive to ship as fast as possible while keeping shipping costs as low as possible.  

Production Time
Because we value quality, our collars are specially made by hand in small quantities in the United States. If a particular collar is out of stock, we will make more as soon as possible in order to bring you the colors and styles you want as quickly as we can.  For all in-stock items, we will ship within 3 business days of receiving your order.  Out of stock orders can usually be filled within 7-10 business days of ordering although sometimes it can be longer depending on availability of certain items.

Product Guarantee
We guarantee our products against normal wear and tear.  We do not guarantee our products against excessive pulling, chewing, or scratching.  Our collars are manufactured to be durable and can last for years, however, it is important that you inspect your dog's collar and buckle for signs of wear on a regular basis.  We do not guarantee our products against excessive pulling, chewing, or scratching.
Do not put a collar on a dog that will be in a crate.  In hot weather, if your dog swims, remove the collar when you get home if possible to allow it to dry and prevent hot spots from developing on your dogs neck.

Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of Pawsibilities Collars for their individual situation. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you accept all responsibility for any accidents. Collars should be inspected regularly.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.  Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and can not have been worn or used in order to be eligible for the refund.

Your personal information is strictly confidential, and will not be sold, shared, rented or given to anyone. Online order & payment processing is 100% safe & secure.  

Other Policies
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

If an order is returned to us marked "Undeliverable" by the postal service, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt to contact a customer via email or by phone, if provided.
Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and you make all proper arrangements for the package to be received or dropped off. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of a customer, whether for it was returned, refused, unclaimed or undeliverable will require an additional standard re-shipping charge.

Giving Back
We are committed to giving back a portion of our profits to animals related charities.  A minimum of 10%
of all profits will be donated to a several not-for-profit organizations.  We will post the charities to which we have donated on the website at the end of the calendar year.

We also are happy to help support auctions to raise money and awareness for animal organizations.
